1.) Interested in Training With Us?
Fill out our short survey so we can get to know you and start to learn about your history and what you want out of a training program. If you’re not ready for that, just shoot us an email. Either way, we will reach out ASAP for what comes next.
Next, whether you're ready to commit to working together or if you still want to feel out the waters and see if this is right for you, we would like to have a free video chat with you to discuss it all. We’ll talk about your goals, your lifestyle and how we think we can help. We can start to talk about what your plan might look like and you can decide if you want to give it a try!
2.) Coordinate a Video Meeting
3.) Get Your Plan and Get Going!
Based on what we learn in our meeting and from your survey, we will put together a plan for week 1 of your training. Your plan will outline each day’s workout as well as the idea behind it and why we think it is right for you. In your plan you will be able to go in there and put notes and comments about how each day went. We will use these to monitor and modify your training as needed. We will update your plan every week and use your feedback to make sure it is optimized for your goals. It will all be kept in a single Google sheet along with any strength/mobility plans for you so it’s all in one place and easy to use.

Here’s some examples of how your plan might look. One is an example for an experienced multi-sport athlete who wants to take their performance to the next level and has events they are targeting. The other is for someone who may not consider themself an ‘athlete’, but still wants some guidance in living a healthy, active life around their busy schedule.
